In the 2019 championship, it finished in seventh place, and in 2020, it qualified for the final quadrangular, eventually achieving the runner-up position in the Módulo II. As a result, it was promoted to the Módulo I in 2021.
And, for the first time in its history, it competed in the Módulo I, achieving an eighth-place finish and qualification for the Troféu Inconfidência. However, it lost in the semifinals to URT, from Patos de Minas.
In 2022, it had a historic campaign in the Mineiro Championship, finishing in second place in the first phase. As a result, it qualified for the Serie D of the Brazilian Championship in 2023 and for the Copa do Brasil, also in 2023.
In the semifinal of the state championship, eliminated by Cruzeiro, it competed for the title of the Interior Mineiro Championship against Caldense. In doing so, it won the championship title through a penalty shootout.
